Have you ever felt truly alone? Been there! The funny thing is that I have felt that way when I was experiencing life’s greatest accomplishments. College, motherhood, another promotion aka rung on the ladder. Maybe you can relate. The thing is that chasing your dreams can sometimes leave you feeling a bit like you are just floating up there in the clouds all by yourself.
I am super proud of the things I have accomplished in my life and professional career. But believe me when I say it has taken its toll. A few years ago, I decided to go all in on pursuing my dream of being an author. While I navigated that incredible and humbling journey, I also took on more responsibility at my day job and tried to shatter that glass ceiling. When you play with glass, you tend to get a few cuts along the way.
